This not only frees them up to prepare for events, it results in much more accurate (and uncontested) information, division assignments, and results. The only paperwork you receive or handle are checks and signed waivers (if you don't choose the optional online waiver submission system). Coach/Organization/Studio Site Coach creates a password-protected account online and enters all their kids and their personal info onto their general roster--ONCE, and never again. Coach selects an event, creates teams and squads, chooses the squad type and skill level for each, and places kids in them from their general roster. The system automatically determines divisions, based on the ages of the participants; as well as determining cross-overs, etc.. When coach submits final event registration, the system calculates the total fee, and generates an invoice. Coach can use their account for any number of events and years, reusing the same information without re-inputting it. Coach can view and/or print out their registration anytime, 24/7, by team, by individual, by type of competition, etc. They receive automatic confirmation of their registration. Coach can automatically print out individual waivers already filled in with the participant's personal information. Optionally, they can also print out individual participant invoices, and keep track of participant's balances due. Admin Site You can enter any coach site to make changes or assist coaches over the phone. You can view registrations by account, team, individual, type, division, payments, etc. You can download any information or type of report you need. You will have immediately access to your account balances at any time. You can enter payments, credits, and private notes on a team's admin record; and generate automatic emails to coaches about general or individual issues, e.g., payments due.
